How to Add Students

Add individual students or import in bulk

Adding Individual Students:

  1. Go to Students → Add New Student
  2. Fill in required information (name, date of birth, gender, email)
  3. Enter parent/guardian details
  4. Assign to a class
  5. Generate registration number (auto-generated)
  6. Save student record
  7. Required Information:

    • First name and last name
    • Date of birth
    • Gender
    • Contact email
    • Parent email for portal access
    • Enrollment date
    • Bulk Import via CSV:

    • Download the CSV template
    • Fill in student data following the format
    • Upload the completed file
    • Review validation results
    • Confirm import
    • Students are automatically assigned a unique registration number.
