Step 1: Create Score Sheet
- Go to Results → Score Sheets
- Select class and assessment period
- Choose assessment structure
- Select grading scale
- Add subjects
- Publish score sheet
Step 2: Enter Scores
Teachers access subject sheets and enter scores for each assessment component (CA, Quiz, Exam, etc.)
Step 3: Process Results
- Verify all scores are entered
- Complete control sheet (behavior, skills)
- Process the score sheet
- System generates final results with grades
Step 4: Generate Transcripts
- Search for student
- Select term(s)
- Choose template
- Generate and download PDF
Results Include:
- All subject scores and grades
- Class position
- Attendance summary
- Teacher's and principal's remarks
