Viewing Outstanding Fees:

1. Log in and select child
2. Go to Financial section
3. View all payment categories and amounts
4. Check due dates

Payment Information Shown:

• Payment category (tuition, fees, etc.)
• Amount due
• Due date
• Payment status
• Outstanding balance

Payment History:

View all past payments with:

• Receipt numbers
• Payment dates
• Amounts paid
• Payment methods
• Download receipt copies

Making Online Payments:

(Where enabled)

• Select payment categories
• Enter amount
• Choose payment method
• Complete payment via gateway
• Receive instant receipt

Partial Payments:

You can make partial payments. The system tracks the remaining balance automatically.
