Complete walkthrough for setting up your school on Skool Circle
Step 1: School Profile
Set up your school's basic information including name, address, contact details, logo, and motto. This creates your school's digital identity on the platform.
Step 2: Academic Year & Terms
Create your academic year (e.g., 2024/2025) and define terms (First Term, Second Term, Third Term) with specific dates.
Step 3: Add Staff
Start with administrators and teachers. Assign appropriate roles (Super Admin, Finance Admin, Teachers, etc.).
Step 4: Create Classes & Subjects
Set up your classes (JSS 1, SS 2, etc.) and subjects (Mathematics, English, etc.). Assign teachers to subjects.
Step 5: Add Students
Import students using CSV or add them manually. Assign students to their respective classes.
Step 6: Configure Payment Categories
Set up fee structures (tuition, development levy, etc.) with amounts and payment terms.
Step 7: Test the System
Test key workflows like attendance, result entry, and payment processing before going live.
